Hi you guys. I use MS Paint and MS Photo Editor to make my cursors, and i was wondering what good programs do you use w/ your cursors? Please reply so I may choose one and join the ranks of pro-skinners thank you!

Corel Draw?:

My suggestion is pick one that best suits your needs and stick to that one.

I use Paint Shop Pro 8. You can get it for a great price and it does a great job.
