Iconpackager IPTHEME file

Is there a way to unpack a IPTheme file? I would like to add lines manually?

you should be able to change the extension to zip and open the package.

Sorry, but I mean the actual .iptheme file. he one with all the specifications on with extension uses which icon.
Is there a way to unpack these?

The iptheme file used to be a simple text file, but unfortunately now due to other software ripping the format, it's now encrypted.
