How can i put my serial on windowblinds 4???? Plz someone help me

You should have got a sownload-link with the serial. It is asked for during installation. Be sure to uninstall the shareware version 1st.

Alternatively use Stardock Central (http://storage.stardock.com/files/stardockcentral20.exe) into which you can enter the serial in Regsitration Info.

try stardock central. If youy PURCHASED windowblinds then it shouldn't be a problem.

Try stardock support or stardock sales.

If you purchased Windowblinds, go to https://www.stardock.com/support.asp and enter the email address you used when you purchased it. An email will send you your s/n and a link to download the latest version.
