thanks nightrain2002, i tried that and still nothing, these are the steps i am taking ... when i click dl it ask to save or open, i f i choose save i save to desktop under the file name and hit open , i get a box w/several bitmaps(?), theme preview , a uifileoldlay, and a uifile. (have no clue wht this stuff is), if i hit save (again to desktop) under bad hair day i get a zipped folder on desktop, i then choose to extract all and again save to desktop, i applys another shortcut w/more bitmaps.

can you walk me through the process, if not to busy or should i just forget about this and leave it to the BIG DAWGS..lol

NightTrain2002 is correct. Go to Control Panel/Folder Options/View, un-check 'Hide Known Extensions'. Now rename the file.

no problem, Do what yrag said (ALWAYS DO WHAT YRAG SAYS)
then save the file to your desktop. Right click on the file...select rename....change only the .zip to .logonxp. The icon will change , windows might ask for permission, It is OK. Then you can click on the file, it will install into the logon studio folder. Then you can open logon studio and choose your logon.

Right click on re-named file that you downloaded and click on 'Open With' and point to Logon Studio.

Then un-install LogonStudio, re-boot, and re-install a fresh install file.

Open the Bad Hair zip to see if the logonxp file is inside the zip. Some people package their logons that way

Next time, please don't title your thread "having major problems" unless you're actually having major problems. Not being able to apply a few logons is not a major problem.... it's an inconvenience.
