Windowblinds......Help me out here with this one....

If you have windows 98 you cant download windowblinds can you...
As you download it you need to have windows 2000/xp but the author clearly says that its compatable with windows 98....
Can anyone help me out here does anyone know where to find the download where its compatable with 98?

WB 3.5 works the best. Later versions do work but Win98 doesn't really have enough GDI resources to cope well.

A lot of skins do work on early versions of WB and Win98. Up till about WB 4.2 I used to test all mine on my works pc which is 98. I used to put in the description "works on Win 98"
