Hum, are you looking for just a windowblind or a blind and a wall? If it includes a wall, the skinner can't really do that legally.

a personal WB would run you about a grand...(takes about 2 weeks of solid work to create a WB from scratch)If you can find a pre-existing WB that is close to what you want,and have it modified for personal use,it would be considerably less.

Take a look at my Texas WB and let me know if you think it could be modified to suit you.(just click on my user name and look thru my library)
