Rating a skin

It is a priveledge aquired once someone is a Level 4 user, or and Apprentice or higher.

I realize I'm taking a chance on having multiples of my same post but this is not 1st time it happened. I hit submit button only once. This has happened when I commented on someone's WB skin. It didn't show up right away as a "multiple" post but the next time I viewed the skin/comments, I saw 4 multiples - same as here. Maybe because I'm new?? Am I doing something wrong? I know you said not to post but how do you know if it's a problem unless I try again? Also, thanks for info about rating system.

you have kryste syndrome. try drinking from the opposite edge of a glass of water. that should cure it

Thanks to Essencay and T-Man for their help in me not having multiple posts listed. T-Man said it was definitely a database issue with my ID and it has now been fixed.
