I am not really sure what to call it when you have an application running and the taskbar is over the top of that application making it impossible to interact with said application, I tried Taskbar Overlay.
I bought Start11 for one reason, I wanted to move my taskbar to the top of the screen.
Some applications like "Snipping Tool" open at the top of the screen. The application is behind the taskbar.
How do I prevent this from happening? Is there a setting I am unaware of that forces applications to open a set distance from all screen edges?
