Unable to Download and Reinstall Start11 v2 After Failed Update

Hello,

I am a paid user of Start11.

After receiving a notification about the new version, I attempted to update the application. The update process failed, so I followed the instructions from the official website and completely uninstalled the application, then restarted the computer.

However, I am now unable to download the latest version at all.
The download link returns the following error:

“This site can’t be reached
stardock.cachefly.net took too long to respond.”

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or does anyone know an alternative way to download and reinstall the latest version?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. There are few server issue recently. But i just check the link you posted above and it still work. Please try again. If it still an issue, perhaps try different browser. Also you can try download it directly from your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
