Suggested feature: Save files locally

I've been using your start menu products for several years and I like them a lot.  I'd like to suggest a feature. Windows 11 forces me to save files on OneDrive. Is there any possibility you could add a feature that would change all file storage to be local, as it was on earlier versions of Windows?
Along the same lines- When I open File Explorer I see "Rick-Personal" along with a bunch of subfolders at the top of the list.  Can you provide a way to hide this and make File Explorer behave as it did on older versions of Windows?

Thanks for your consideration.

You are not forced to keep your files on OneDrive. See this article using OneDrive to back up your files.

There is a section in this article entitled "Stop folder backup in OneDrive."

Thanks very much for that info, but I still have to go into about a bazillion apps (including each of office 365's components) and tell each one to save locally.
I was hoping that in the future there might be a "one-click" solution.
