I'm trying to set the red hawk customised template as background, but when I try to export it I keep getting missing author parameters, new to this so appreciate any advice thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I am not really sure what your are referring to. Please add more details on "customized template as background". Please elaborate more on what you're trying to do with Deskscapes.
