Hi all, I have 2 questions. 1 -does the leader with the gambler trait ( -40% income ) go into effect when it is recruited or when it is assigned as a governor? 2-is there a way to obsolete old ship designs quicker using the key binding option? It can take a long time after turn 250 in a long game every time I start up the current game. Thanks in advance for any input on this.
