I am trying to make a logon screen but I don't know how to make the user name list transparent. Als, is it possible to make the lower bar transparent as well?

Why make it transparent, when you can make it transiblings?

You should be able to remove the lower bar. No, not the bar in your pant, you'll need it later.

It was a joke. trans-parent/trans-siblings... Nevermind.

I don't think it has the ablities for transparency. However, if you're good, you can make an image look like it's transparent in photoshop (or whichever programs) and upload the picture. Confuse? So am I.

Yeah, parts of those areas aren't able to be transparent because they contain text areas. Like uM0p ap!sdn said, if you're good you can give the illusion of transparency by having the panel background display whatever you would normally see behind the panel. It's sort of a dodgy fix but if done correctly it can look passable, if not really good...

Do you mean the images continues into the bottom portion as well as the top (in some cases)? For that you could remover the border and cut the images in 3rds (three images) and upload each to it's respective place. Can't really describe it without it being in front of me.

Yea, I see what u 2 are saying. That's going to be a task in itself but if that's what I have to do, then it's just going to take a little longer. Oh well. Thanks for the input.

LogonXP only accepts formats (Like .bmp's) which do not allow translucency...

Not interesting. A stump is always transparent. People don't normally give a stump a second look when they walk by. Just a glance to avoid tripping over it.
