Start11 2.5 beta 2.49.1, resize taskbar toggle not working

Windows 11 24H2 build 10.0.26100.2161. Start11 2.49.1.

Two monitors, primary is a 3860x1600 with top horizontal tasbar and secondary is an older 1080p with left side vertical taskbar. When I set the "resize taskbar toggle, it is not applied and it does not stay set. Close out reboot or restart Explorer go back in and the toggle is back to the off position. When it is on I get a resize cursor on the vertical taskbar but it doesn't do anything. When I try on the primary with the horizontal top bar it doesn't even give me a resize cursor.

Also though I have Start button disabled on the secondary monitor it is still there but non-functional.

I have multiple monitors, and I set my main taskbar "Align Right", but:

  1. Secondary monitor taskbar (Align Left) is not resezeable, until:
    1. I Disable Fences 6 and restart Explorer. 
    2. Sometimes I also need to re-click "Allow taskbar to be resized" back on because it turns itself off by itself after awhile, then restart Explorer again.
  2. Any additional monitors will have a very narrow vertical taskbar (Align Left), and resizing is unavailable.
  3. Occasionally the main taskbar is not resizeable because the "Allow taskbar to be resized" turns itself off.

Software:
Windows 11 Pro, v25H2
Stardock Object Desktop, including Start11 v2, and Fences 6.
Stardock DeskScapes 11.

Hardware:
CPU: Intel Core i7-12700KF
GPU: GeForce RTX 5070
Monitor 1: Gigabyte G27FC A @ 1920x1080 (Right side)
Monitor 2: Samsung SyncMaster @ 1478x924 (Left Side)

  1. Windows 11 25H2 OS Build number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 v2 full version number installed.
  3. Fences full version number installed.
