Space Bugs on Godlike

After the recent change making the pirates and aliens more aggressive, I've noticed the space bugs are a major problem. On godlike difficulty, the small bugs get like 13 moves. The big ones get 20. That's 2-3 times the number of moves I have early game. This creates a big problem, especially when you consider they also get a huge hit points buff. What can happen is I send command ship out to survey, and bam! it gets hit by one of these out of nowhere. Now my irreplaceable survey ship is gone forever. (That's another thing; I feel like there should be a way we can replace these if they get destroyed.) For now, I'm going to try sticking the Defensive Measures policy on, but I think this is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed.

Well, the idea of godlike difficulty is that it is even higher than incredible difficulty. And as we make the ai better, while also addressing balance abuses, it will get harder and harder to play on higher (cheating) difficulties, as the ai is just better.
