I looked for links but.. 

The wall is from Adni's website and was included with the WB 7th Ray. It's called Blue Streak by Relhom.

The WB is Omega by Adni.

The Winstep theme is Metropolite.  

The Icons are from D. Arnez.  Ohmy Cyclop X.

I really like the Combo.
