Just open up logonstudio and create a new logon, you'll want to put the wallpaper in the "Center Panel"

There's more pieces to a Logon than the main image..........

It isn't hard to do, but it will take a little manual effort. There isn't a program to automatically do it for you that I know of.

That is what I wanted to know if there was a program that you could click convert to Logon screen.
