Need help to install Apollo theme manager by MikeB314 from skinplant.com!!!

Hi guys, did anyone get the Apollo theme manager by MikeB314 from skinplant.com to work??? Because I downloaded it and when I try to install it, it said the Windowblind didnt pass, IconPackager didnt pass, wallpaper didnt pass. What's going on? anyone know how to fix this? thx.

Well do you have WB, IP, and WP? if you do then probably because WC is down right now.

no, i downloaded the Apollo theme manager from skinplant.com
Yes, I have installed Windowblind, Theme Manager, IconPackager and as well as other such as Desktop X.
