Just started a new game today, January 17th after finishing my previous game last night. Started new game with same settings as the last one but now my ships start out with 9 moves instead of normal 5 (or maybe 6) and the computer on genius setting has 11 or 12 moves which after a few turns rapidly goes up to 15 moves for some races. It's making the game unplayable for me.

I don't remember when I started my last game but I think it was in mid-December, so maybe the last update caused this bug?
