Belittling the issue or closing your eyes to it doesn't make it go away.
Not all signs point to the fact that the exclusivity deal has hurt sales in such a way, that there simply isn't funds available to give this game the same kind of support, that Stardock is otherwise known for. Now, granted....I have to take other people's words for that. But this review, for instance, isn't really what is normal for almost 1 year after release of a Stardock game:

The poster of this video said his concerns were not addressed, not those of the beta testers as a whole.
This poster was very active on Discord where the Developers were present constantly.
His concerns were listened to and commented on. As were mine and others.
I am not saying that he raised concerns that were not economical or possible to code in, but many posters "wants/concerns" were, including my wanting a map editor.
As for not putting effort into this game like others, you may have heard of a little concern called Covid 19.
Not being able to meet face to face can and did have it's effect on the months since release.
Bottom line the video's posters has some good points many of which the Devs and even Stardock CEO agree with and have stated so elsewhere on this forum and Discord.
