Stuck turn

I am currently stuck. when the Yor singularity comes up it will never advance. I have already tried to save and relaunch and Some said 1.04 should fix stuck turns but I am on 1.04 already. please help.

Try hitting esc but then resume. Used to work before launch. If that does not work post a save game.

If you have a savegame where this is reproducible it would help a lot if you uploaded it to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive) and post a link here, so the developers can take a look at it.

Savegames are located in \Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\Saves
