Unable to set Scheduled Update check

I finally received the 4.03 update to OD but now when trying to set the scheduled update check I get the following error. Any fixes or workarounds to this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Did you try deleting the ODM app and re install again ?

Yes I have done that and rebooted prior to reinstall.
