Leader Pool Variability

Many times, I look at my Leader Pool, and I have some applicants that I would just like to go away.  It may be because their Loyalty is in the red, or because they are a slacker and never developed any of their stats.  So I find myself in long turn cycles, where I keep looking at the pool, and realizing that 1 turn has passed, and the lowest "I'm going away now" is 16 turns away.

I'd love to have an option to "fire" leaders from the pool.  I'd be ok with a penalty (-10 approval / 10 turns or whatever).

There have been many times I have wished I could kick leaders out of the recruitment pool, so that someone more worthy might show up. There is however the executive order thing that will let you spend control points to get 3 new leaders to show up; so I'm sure they will just tell you to use that. Personally I would prefer to just wait for more leaders to show up on their own after cleansing the pool.

Happy Friday !!!

i think that being able to remove leaders from the pool is a great idea. considering how rare it is to find decent leaders for the stuff you want unless you have their cost reduced, even using the exec order, i think that this would make it a lot more fun for a lot of players. having to wait 30something months for bad candidates to leave, when like all you have is bad candidates, can be really discouraging. have a short cooldown on it if you think it's too good. at the very least, lower the time they stay in the pool to under 10 months. the randomness can be crippling, esp when all you're getting is really expensive, crappy ones. which keeps happening to me...

Yeah, even though you can use a few of them for factions, sometimes the pool is too RNG heavy.
