Colonization Issues

Can't find tech to colonize aquatic or precursor worlds or nanobots

So, I finished an entire game with a prestige victory playing as the Terran Resistance and, during the whole game, I could research or find anyone with the technology to colonize water worlds or precursor worlds, nor could I find nanobots to upgrade colony worlds. Is anyone else having similar problems?

The colonize water worlds is a known issue in 77a & fixed in 77b.

Nanobots and Drones do seem to be glitched also.  I'm on turn 323 and haven't been able to produce (on Shipyards) or trade for either one.
