Situation Reports - modal window

must make a decision but I cannot see my relevant stats to help decide

Turn 24 so not too far in, and received the following decision to increase Ideology Awareness which is a modal pop-up window.  The problem is that the player must decide without access to the current state of their Ideology.

  • Did I start going down a path already, and if so, which one?
  • Do I want to continue to min/max or spread these points around?

Just ran into the same situation with an AI player asking me to declare war on another AI player.  Without seeing the current diplomatic status of the other civilizations it is mostly a guessing game in making a decision.

I see this problem too. See my last post in the feedback thread.

Thanks, I figured I may be duplicating some other suggestions but it was getting tedious to try and search previous posts to see if what I wanted to report had already been noted.

No offense was intended :) Filtering duplicates would be the job of one or more Stardockians I guess :D

None taken my friend, it would really hamper the reporting process if everyone who voluntarily reported had to comb through previous posts for duplicates.  I tried at first, but now I think I've dropped at least 20 posts just today and I'm writing more reports than actually playing so I stopped searching before posting. |-)

Ha.

See my thread from a few days ago here:

It seems to have fallen on deaf ears by Stardock. And this isn't the first time I have brought it up - I mentioned it very early on in the Alpha, but not a word from them. They don't seem to understand that it's an issue at all. Or care.

Well that's truly disappointing to hear, I've dropped 24 bug and feature reports today with screenshots and links to save files.  If they really aren't being looked at then that would suck.  I've spent as much time playing today as I have sharing feedback on the game.
