Galciv3, i bought the founders edition. Named planets with the name of my kids, but i never came across them.
Will only be one version of the game?
And second, am i the only one who named ingame planets but who never encountered them when playing?
Yes, I encountered mine once and only once and no more, not in dozens of games.
For Founders addition it has been mentioned there will not be one like GCIII's.

IIRC it was said they might be recognition of the testers but no free DLC like III.
