Colonization Narrative

From the .65 changelog:

Colonization events only occur 10% of the time now.

That's a big change. I haven't had one come up yet, with 9 colonies already established. 

Bad change. Should have been that they come up 200% of the time. Kidding on the last part, but the colonization event was the only reason for me to waste time colonizing size 10 and below planets. 

I agree that 10% feels a little low.  They aren't that OP to make them so rare.  Maybe 25% would be a good compromise.

agreed, 10% seems sparse.  But also agreed that 100% was a bit much, especially with the expanded Ideology options (you can get both sides at once now)

Please bring back more frequent colony narratives! This was the main source of Ideology points. Now we have the frustrating situation of having these great options for Ideology and Culture, but cannot get points for either.  Still need a way to consistently get Culture points.
