Epic Store Language

since I can unfortunately no longer respond to the other post due to the new account, I have to open a new thread willy-nilly.

It seems quite strange to me that first they say they are working on it and then only English appears as a supported language in the Epic Store. so don't take it amiss if i get suspicious. as an outsider, it looks to me like the language pack issue has been taken care of by only including english as a supported language for the epic store.

Sorry about the delay in getting the languages implemented. Let me shed a little light.

Basically, what we are doing now is changing the way the core game works so that you will be able to select the language in game. This is different from the way we originally implemented languages by using DLC add-ons.

This work is underway and should be done over the next week or so. We are hoping to get a beta version in as soon as possible. That will let us test it to make sure it's not breaking anything major and get it into your hands as soon as possible.

Indeed.  In Steam, the user selects the language and then the language pack is downloaded and installed.  

We're updating the game for Epic so that the game itself can handle it.
