May I ask you for support, please?
I have downloaded the game via Epic Game launcher and when I setup a game (galaxy size, enemies, etc.) it starts to load.
However it freezes always at the same screen "Setting up players..."
May i ask for support hw to deal with that issue?
I went through the FAQ, but nothing helped ...
I can see some 'Fails" in debug.err - but I cannot translate it into what is the root cause

- Kept original game settings
- Freezes on this screen - no change even in the next 30min
- tried to change to tiny galaxy etc. no change
