Hyperion Shrinker

Been a long time since playing Galciv 2, and was looking for the Hyperion Shrinker. The Gamepedia lists it for Gal Civ 3 Retribution, but on doing general searches I don't see any changelogs listing the Hyperion Shrinker and other Hyperion items being removed. Does anyone know if they are still in there and I'm just not seeing them or if they were removed with the tech tree re-work? Thanks!

Currently only factions with the "starfaring" ability can build them. So, technically they still exist, however no faction has the "starfaring" ability. You would need to select that ability with a custom faction to build them.
