Mu'kay morale improvements

Healing waters is not available

So I am trying to play the Mu'kay only I'm not being allowed to build any morale improvements for them I'm researching xeno entertainment to get healing waters which I believe is the improvement I need however it's not appearing as a building or tile improvement option when I manage my colonies could someone help me with this please

The aquatic line of morale improvements is not as straightforward as non-aquatics. The Healing Waters improvement is actually an upgrade from the Hot Springs improvement, which you can unlock by researching the Planetology tech in the Colonization branch of the tech tree.
