[SOLVED] Crash problem

Game crash on starting new game

Hi guys, i have a problem, all time im start a new game in 16Gb map (i have 16Gb RAM DDR4) the game crash what is the problem?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It would help if we could see what's in your debug.err file, it is located in \Documents\My Games\GC3 or \Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade

If you would upload it to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive) and post a link here, the developers can take a look at it.

When you say it crashes what exactly happens? Does the crash reporter pop-up?

no.just turn back on desktop whitout eny message or error,only desktop

Try whitelisting GC3 and Steam with your anti-virus software. Also try renaming the GC3 folders in \Documents\My Games to something else, like OldGC3Crusade.

so Steam and GalCiv3 are in the whitelissting and i renamed the folder so im ceck if the game work

so im renamed the folder and now work, but i lose all custom race and mod ;(

You can copy the civs and mods back from the old folders.

Is the game working now? If so a mod or something must have been causing it to crash.

yeah probabily some mod make a problem.So yes game work, now i have problem whit mods but i made a new post in the correct area :D
