Problem Bonus Tourism On Planets v3.96

The ship "T.C.C. Spawner M3-9" colonizes the planet "Kalevala III".
The "Solar Flare" event offers a bonus with "+ 10% Tourism", that's the choice I make.

The penalties are available but the bonus is not displayed anywhere on the planet screen, as I will have to do to remember?

There is no improvement of Tourism built on the planet, and that is where the problem lies.
