Can't install game, Help Please?

I can't install the vanilla game. It always keeps coming up error message with program file. Can someone help me out?

First thought is what did the error say and when. That is not much to go on.

dxdiag, crash report, something so we can pin where the problem occurs.

After I thought that I thought your video is not being recognized by the exe so maybe cleaning the system and updating drivers will set the links correct.

The game has itself but a new problem has arisen. When I go to run GacCiv 3 it starts up to the loading screen then the game crashes. Help Please?

You can try to verify the game in properties/Local files

and/or post the debug.

The debug.err file can be found in \Documents\My Games\GC3 or \Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade.

You can upload it to a cloud service (DropBox, Google Drive, One Drive) and post a link here.

Also make sure that your are on the opt-in hot-patch, it fixed a crash.
