First can you please be sure you go through all of the troubleshooting on this page.

Please also post your specs, including your OS version, and if you have a screenshot of this no text problem include that as well.

There are maybe a few things you can try that I can think off the top of my head including deleting your settings folder that should be \Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade

Open up Steam and right click on the game and select properties, then choose the option 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache' like so: http://screencast.com/t/QwZ9xVyT

After the game files are read/repaired, attempt to run the game again in Steam and see if that fixes the issue.

Your system may also be missing the actual font type:

If this did not work for you, please try downloading and installing the font at this website:

If you're having trouble reading fonts on a 4K or UHD size screen:

1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. 
2. A "Run" window will appear. Please paste the path below in the box and click OK:
   %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3

In the folder that appears, find your "prefs.ini" file and open it with a text editor (Notepad for example). Find the following line:

UISize=Small

And change it to the following:

UISize=Medium

This might sound a bit obvious but you say you copied the fonts to the fonts folder in GC3. But did you install them on your Windows installation?

I'm sorry but I'm a little irritated. Because I come to have already tried a lot of solution, I try to make you understand it. and you only come back with the page of the forum that I tell you to have done 10 times in one night. I just ask for help because I do not understand why it happens and especially why I can not solve it with the main intructions of the support page. I tell you now that I am an advanced user. If I came on the support forum it's because I can not find a solution to this problem. Whether on forums or even elsewhere on the internet ... It's not the first time I have a problem as complicated and the last time it was with skyrim and the only solution for him was to drastically lower the general quality (to go from extreme to low whereas I am as much equipping as at present).

Right know I m not deal with Skyrim but with Galactic Civilizations III who have nothing write when I launch the game...

I understand, just making sure everything has been gone through.

My next suggestion is to go to your installation "\Stardock\Galactic Civilizations III\"

Find and delete these two files:

K2FontData_Small.fontdata
K2FontTexture_Small.dds

Hang on. I got that part wrong. Open explorer and type in "C:\ProgramData\"

It should resolve to a folder that has a sub-folder called Galactic Civilizations III. It might be called "Galactic Civilizations III - Retribution"

There you should find these two files and delete them.

Okay guys !! admiralWillyWilber Your right this is a scale problem... I mess up with option blindly and after that I reset settings in the launcher menu also re-validate files before launch the game. He run at widowed 1280x1024 and the text came !! I can read !!

Okay if anyone Have this problem first things to try is to windowed your game ! If you do and that won't gave you text back that can be an another problem (plz go to the support page and try any of it before creating an other post).
