Researched Massive Scale Construction did not get any Huge ships in shipbuilder - can someone help?

Hey folks,

I'm playing a game on Retribution 3.7 with all the DLC added. Just got to massive scale construction for first time and purchased it with a one off hit from a precursor artifact. Which was really nice.

But now I'm wondering whether using the artifact to research massive scale construction is a bug because once I got the tech no ships showed up in the my ship-builder. Obviously - unless all the other civs don't get massive scale construction - I'm going to be at a bit of a disadvantage and it will ruin my game slightly.

Any help?
