More Citizen Portrait Help...

I make a custom faction, select citizen portraits for them (from the Altarian portraits). When I play the game, it keeps using the default human portraits instead of the Altarian portraits I selected. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

Really annoying, again.

Do you have the 3.1 Opt-In Hotfix patch? Otherwise customizing race portraits won't work.
