Please bring back the entertainment network
I just started a new game and the Entertainment Network is there.
Research Xeno Entertainment.
And then upgrade an Entertainment Center to Entertainment Network.
Make sure that your civilization is capable of building it. The Entertainment Network is precluded from Synthetic, Zealots, Certain and Amphibious abilities.
If you still can't build it I suggest to check that the problem isn't caused by a mod and to verify file integrity.
