Tile question

I placed a Bank on a Cavern tile, (gives +3 to construction(military), or +1 wealth)

But I cannot see where that +1 wealth is shown.

For testing purposes I placed the Bank on another tile with no wealth bonuses, but the overall wealth value was the same as when placed on cavern tile.

So my question is where is that +1 wealth bonus shown ?

In your example the +3 construction is to improvements on the tile, while the +1 wealth to improvements adjacent to the tile.
