Ship Design Not Rotating

I am a long time Gal Civ II player and I recently purchased Gal Civ III with all of the DLC.  I tried to create my own ship in the designer and I can not get the design to rotate.  I have read online that you need to click and hold the middle button.  I have a two button mouse with a scroll wheel.  I have tried clicking and holding the scroll wheel but that does not work.  Please help!

Thanks

Did you configure your mouse wheel so that it acts as the third button? Most modern day mouse needs to be configured before they will behave as you would expect outside of the default left and right clicks.

I am also facing the same rotating problem and could not find any solution. I have contacted iCloud customer service for help but still, the issue was not resolved. I thought this could the problem of the iPhone. I will have to try checking the mouse wheel configuration once.

Thank you.  I was able to reconfigure the mouse wheel to act as a middle button.

rogger007, for me it was in the mouse configuration panel, but I have Windows 10, so I'm not sure where it would be on a Mac.

I do have a new problem. . . the window on the lower right side that allows you to adjust the size and rotation of parts is now missing!  Anyone know how to get it back?
