Ship set error message.

How do I rectify this?

Recently, I started Galactic Civilizations III after the Intrigue update and I noticed I was  getting three error messages about three civilizations/factions were missing or the game couldn't identify the attached shipset to these civilizations.  My issue is that I can't find where these civilizations are to correct this, so every time I start GalCiv3 I keep seeing the same error message.  I have attached a screenshot of one of the error messages.  Anyone else ever come across this?  Thanks.

I do eveytime i play the game i gave up on trying to fix this.

This is sort of a response combining 2 threads, the validating of files and the ship set error message.

So today my one custom civ's shipset broke. Seemingly out of nowhere. I am getting the "Unknown Ship Style" message at startup. The only thing that changed between successfully starting a game (with the error showing for other civs, but ones that I do not care as much about because I only use this one civ I made for myself) and getting the error was downloading more civs from the workshop earlier in the day. I validated files, it started at 6, then 5, then 1. Every time I start, I get that same message and I exit out and 5 more files need to be re-validated every time. I understand that having 1 or more un-validated files is not necessarily an issue by itself, but it does worry me that some of them are not loading properly once they have been reacquired. I checked the disk fragmentation based on another thread and my drives are defragged weekly by default.

I do not want to re-create my shipset and descriptions because it was a lot of work and I am not going to be able to remember all of the names and type assignments. Are there any suggestions on how to get my civ back intact or am I going to have to shelve the game for a while until I can spend the time to put everything back together?
