For some reason I just randomly annexed 2 colonies from the Iridium corporation who I'm not at war with and these colonies were in drengin space who I am at war with. Anyone know what's with that and how did that happen?
influence; unless, the Iridium just surrendered, and are now off the game.
It cant be influence because the Drengin have the most influence. And the Iridium are still alive. One of the planets switched back to Drengin but now switched back to me. I have very little influence there though. 
It may have something to do with a benevolent trait where I gain control of any starbase or colony in my territory - for a while the colonies were switching back and forth between me and Drenging. But I don't get it compared to the Drengin my influence was pretty low.
