Cheap Bazaar Merc Ship [2.6]

So cheap they couldn't afford vowels for the name.  And ... +15% manufacturing seems kinda underwhelming.

Some alien species don't have the physiology for vowels.  We have ships designed to cater to them.

+15% is a pretty healthy bonus -- more than a citizen (+10%).  Also, the +% bonuses stack with each other which can lead to some crazy bonuses, esp. late game.

They're trying.  I used mercenaries in 2.33 to create a planet that could create citizens in one turn; no specialists, no mods.  No reassigning of asteroids.  5000 social production/turn, 3309 ship/turn.  It was nuts.   The most expensive huge-hulled carrier I could come up with was only 2400.  I ended up having to rotate shipyards, so the carryover would kick in.   I'm sure Stardock is trying to prevent that.
