Unable to recall cleric

Hello,

I have a race that has the Certain trait which gives a cleric. I've noticed over the last few games that I am unable to promote them nor recall them to send to another planet. Also is there a way to promote another citizen to a cleric?

This probably balance. They are really powerful if you settle them.

Correct, there is no way to train Clerics, nor is there any way to promote them.  If I remember correctly, when I asked about this on the Discord chat, Frogboy said the developers couldn't think of any good promotions.  Although a Recall promotion, like the ones available to other citizens, would be useful.  And I think a few other possible promotions have been suggested by now.  So I don't expect it to stay this way forever.

There doesn't seem to be a Recall promotion for Terran Diplomats either. I think they are the Terran equivalent to Clerics. Once they are transferred to a planet, it's permanent.
