winstyles loads the whole suite...icons, wallpaper,etc..etc....Windowblinds only loads the skin on your system.....toolbars menus etc.....

Since it appears you may be having problems with winstyles, through CM uninstall winstyles, reboot, and reinstall winstyles.

OK I un-installed/reinstalled. Now when I go to display properties WinStyles tab is no longer there even though I reinstalled through CM

I really wish they would flush CM once and for all......I can't even keep track of whats where anymore
