need a way to detect/identify planet with spy disabled buildings

playing on gigantic map and i have 100+ planets.  I stumbled across one of them with 6 disabled buildings.  No idea how long its been that way.  I am sure there was a notification i missed BUT.  It would be nice if a persistent notification was posted like ' Spies detected on planet xxx' OR a symbol like the shield for defended planets.  Otherwise one has to manually check each planet which is a real pain if you have 100+

Go to the Espionage screen and click on your own civ, there you have a list with which of your colonies have spies.

Some kind of popup would be appreciated. I usually dont notice until i'm browsing the planet and notice the icon.
