Military subsidies showing as N/A

Hi,

I have researched orbital manufactoring but Military subsidies shows up as N/A

Any ideas as to why ?

Its a Project, ongoing untill you cancel it or add Improvements/Wonders to the production queue. Therefore it does not have a turn limit (its unlimited).
