[1.9 Bug?] Cannot redirect asteroid mine output

Since I started a new game on 1.9, I cannot redirect the output of an asteroid mine to any planet other than the closest one.  That is, I can click on the button to assign the output, and it is shown as having been reassigned on the map, but the next turn it is back to the closest planet.  Has anyone else observed this?

As far as I knew, you could never reassign an asteroid mine, it always went to the closest planet.  If it did something different before, that would be a surprise for me.

It would seem to be pointless to have a button to reassign the output if it wasn't meant to work.

I'm on 2.0, and asteroid mining assignments are reset to the closest colony whenever I load my game. Otherwise, they stay assigned.

Ditto, seeing the same thing

Actually, I think it's only when you load a save from within a running game, since I had the assignments survive the initial save-load after starting GC3. However, I haven't tested beyond that one observation.
