uninstalling WB to install update

This is probably (hopefully) a dumb question, but when I uninstall WB though control panel > programs and features, does it delete all my WB themes?

It does uninstall the skins that ship with WB, and then reinstalls them when you do the installation, so if you've done any tweaking to those you'd want to consider that.
