Opponent Intelligence Settings

It would be nice if the game would remember (or a way to set "ALL") opponent "Intelligence" settings. Nothing worse than when you have 50+ opponents and you have to manually scroll through the list setting each one.

There is a setting called game difficulty which sets the level of all AI opponents.

It did in galciv2.... however, occasionally it would reset to the lowest difficulty level, then you would be playing for an hour only to discover all the Ai are useless and your game is ruined!
